To be aligned with our true self, we need to follow the highway manifesto which is the same for everyone. By following the highway manifesto, we can realize our inner convictions, values and who we are in truth. When we know who we are internally then we can integrate all the aspects of ourselves. We need to find out our internal truths that are hidden from the world.
The Highway Manifesto: Speaking and living the truth, in the best interests of everyone involved, and without violating anyone's free will. Acting according to our internal beliefs, but without excessive self-importance.
Speaking your truth into existence requires unwavering conviction. You must believe in your internal truth, your perspective, without doubt. It means letting go of conflicting beliefs and opinions; achieving inner alignment. By living authentically and without self-imposed limitations, you will manifest your truth.
Always speaking your truth isn't easy. Cultural beliefs and a desire to avoid hurting loved ones often interfere. Truth is certainty without any doubt; it resides in our perspective and knowledge, which we should share confidently with others. You become your true self when your words, actions, and life align with your inner convictions and beliefs about yourself and the world. Never lie to, limit, or betray yourself. This is how you realize your internal truth.
Fear of consequences often prevents us from telling the truth. A scarcity mindset limits us, so we must release things, people, and limiting cultural beliefs. Are you afraid of losing possessions, so you play it safe? Do you hold back from expressing your beliefs to avoid upsetting others? Are you pretending to be someone you're not because of others' perceived judgments?
Realizing your truth allows you to live your story, follow your path, even if the destination is unknown. There's no single path to self-discovery; each person's journey is unique.
To understand your truth and areas for improvement, follow your "highway manifesto"—act according to your beliefs, not a scarcity mindset, the opinions of others, or societal standards.
The Middle Way: Finding Balance in The World of Extremes
Speaking the truth without hesitation is easy; however, when we wish to respect others' free will, we must choose a middle way.
This middle way avoids extremes—excessive importance or energy. Excessive energy in any situation will likely be balanced by an opposite reaction. For every upward force, there's an equal and opposite downward force. Extremes compensate for each other. Therefore, instead of oscillating between extremes, we choose the middle way. The middle way is like a river flowing through a corridor: it adapts to changing circumstances. It's a dance; you may not be in control, but you move with grace and dignity.
The illusion of control is real, because the only certainty is that we will always feel uncertainty. Let go of fear and scarcity. Accept the unknown path leading you toward truth.
Don't be afraid to act and be as you are meant to be. We must recognize our true inner qualities, and determine whether we are acting authentically or based on societal, familial, and cultural stereotypes and preconceived notions.
Break free from limitations and inauthenticity. Don't act as everyone else expects; be true to yourself.
